Modifying A Distribution List (adding/removing members)

You will need to be an owner on the list you want to modify. If you need to be added as an owner to a list please submit an IT ticket.
To add and remove members,
In Outlook, Go to Home tab, Address Book
Then select All Distribution Lists from the drop down box and double click the list you want to edit
Click Modify members and there you can add and remove members to the list.
