Installing & Using Sangoma Phone Application

Details: This application allows you to listen to voicemail, check missed calls, and optional make & receive phone calls via your computer.
*Please note if you are not within JMC Wi-FI or off-site you must be connected to the NetExtender VPN while using this software.
- Visit the following web site to download the installer for the Switchvox application.

- Most users will download the “Desktop Windows” version of the application:
- Once the download is finished click the file to install “Switchvox Phone”.
- After the install you will have a shortcut on your desktop and start menu for “Switchvox Phone”
- Open the application and begin the login process.
- If you are presented with a firewall notice, click “Allow Access”.
- Host: Enter the host corresponding to your location below.
- Monticello Users: 192.168.168.9
- Yuma Users: 10.5.170.1
- Username / Extension: Enter your extension number.
- Password: Enter your phone password. (If you do not have this information reach out to IT for assistance.)
- Click Login
- If you are presented with a firewall notice, click “Allow Access”.
- If you are presented with an error about an Invalid SSL certificate, click “OK” to proceed.
- You can now use this application to check for missed calls, voicemails, and even place calls via your computer.
