Setting Up Voicemail Greeting via Web Interface

- Using your web browser open the link for your location:
- Monticello: https://192.168.168.9/main
- Yuma: https://10.5.170.1/main
- If you are presented with a warning it is safe to proceed.
- Click “Advanced”
- Click “Proceed to ##.##.##.## (unsafe)"
- Enter your extension # and phone password. Note this is not the same as your voicemail PIN.
- Default Phone Password: Temp@1234
- If you need to reset your password reach out to IT for assistance.
- One logged in hover over “Voicemail / Fax” on the top bar and click on “Voicemail Options”.
- Click on “Create Recording” to setup your voicemail greeting using your phone.
